What to do:
Weigh 5 grams of the powder
Place the powder in the vial
Add the BA to the vial
Place the oil in an oven and heat it. It helps sterilize it. Heat more than you need so that you can get enough out of the pan.
Add the oil into the vial and save 2ml for later. Shake the vial gently.
You can heat the mixture if you like. You can place it on the frying pan or the eye of the stove.
Take the 18 or 20 gauge needle and place it in the sterile vial. Also, attach the Whatman sterile filter.
To relieve the pressure, place another needle in the sterile vial.
Using a syringe draw out the solution and run it through the Whatman filter.
Take the 2ml of oil that was in the other syringe and run the Whatman into the solution.
